MEET THE GAL

Shelby

With over eight years of experience in the wedding industry from hotel weddings in New England, catering weddings all over the Lowcountry and running a successful product based business focused on design, I am here to help bring your special day to life. I love creating mood boards, picking out color palettes and floral arrangements and adding in special elements that bring out the couples personality. I enjoy gardening, sewing dresses, reading and decorating my home in my free time with my husband and two dachshunds. I can’t wait to become friends!

FULL SERVICE
weddings

This is our main event, bread and butter and what we enjoy doing the most. We take over in all aspects the minute you sign on, up until we send you off at the end of the night. The entire wedding weekend is safe in our hands so you don’t have to do anything. Let us create full custom design, timelines, floor plans, budgets, and more. You are our only priority that weekend!  

PARTIAL PLANNING
weddings

This package is if you want us to do a lot of the leg work but not all of it. We still do custom design, timelines, floor plans and full day of duties but we don’t do your budget, full wedding weekend or have all the communication with your vendors. The is a combination effort between us and you!

DESIGN BOARD
creation

Wedding planner not in the budget but you still want a gorgeous wedding? This is our design board service. We will create a fully custom design board based on a questionnaire you provide us. It will include color palettes, inspo pictures, pages specifically for florist and more. You will even get our free timeline template! This design board will allow you to stay on theme and help all your vendors see your exact vision.

The Process

  • Book a Call

    Fill out our contact form and we’ll get an exploratory call booked. This will be 15-30 minutes and we will go over what you’re looking for in a planner and discuss your wedding day goals!

  • Let's Begin

    Once you decide we’re a good a fit then you will receive a contract and required deposit. Once contract is signed and deposit is received then we’ll go straight into a questionnaire so we can see where you’re at in the planning process and all your dreams for the wedding!

  • Planning

    We’ll start with booking a venue, vendors and budget (depending on package). You will receive a design board that is 8+ pages going into detail of all the elements of your wedding. This will be used throughout the entire planning process and with all your vendors! We will secure vendors, work on timeline and floorplans and get everything set up for the big day.

  • The Big Day!

    We start bright and early and we are the first onsite and the last to leave on your wedding day. We will be in communication with all vendors and do the entire set-up and break-down. We will get you down the aisle, into the reception and on the dance floor. The day will be beautiful, stress-free, and a day you won’t forget.

  • We decided to plan a wedding in less than 4 months in Kiawah and so I immediately reached out to a bunch of wedding planners in the area and after one phone call with Shelby, I knew she was who I wanted to work with. She not only was enjoyable to talk with every time, but she was incredibly organized, upbeat, optimistic and had great advice on everything. She felt like a friend throughout the process, keeping it all (well as much as possible with a COVID wedding) stress free. For the weekend of the wedding, she single handedly pulled off what our guests called, the best wedding they have ever been to! I highly recommend working with Shelby, you will not regret it!

FAQ’S

  • Send us a message using the contact form below! We will be in touch in under 24 hours.

  • We only do partial and full planning because that is what we do best! If you're trying to fit in a certain budget then send us a message so we can try and make something custom, if possible.

  • We service all of the lowcountry! We can accommodate only a few destination weddings per year. Please let us know if you plan to have a destination wedding so you can see all travel fees that are required!

  • You have an initial deposit once contract is signed and final deposit due two weeks before the wedding. There may be another 1-2 payments due in-between depending on which package is chosen.

  • Right away! Once you sign, we start the planning process and work together until the night is over.
